  • • Your work directly contributes to DexCom’s broader vision of becoming a leading consumer health technology company by improving access to life-changing health insights for underserved markets through strategic wholesale channels.
  • • You will represent DexCom with professionalism and empathy, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective wholesale customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to qualify leads, understand their needs, and guide them toward informed decisions about Stelo.
  • • Daily responsibilities include building rapport with clinic staff and healthcare providers, clearly explaining the features and benefits of the Stelo system in an organized and compelling manner, and inspiring confidence in the product’s value for patient care.
  • • You will proactively engage with existing Wholesale Program Clinics to solicit reorders, gather feedback on user experience, and identify opportunities for program improvement or expansion.
  • • Ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA, FDA regulations, and internal compliance protocols is essential in all customer interactions, documentation, and data handling to maintain trust and regulatory integrity.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to relay customer insights, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the wholesale sales process.
  • • This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced, growing environment where you’ll be expected to take initiative, solve problems independently, and manage your time effectively to meet outreach and follow-up goals.
  • • You will maintain predictable and reliable attendance while utilizing Windows-based systems to log activities, track communications, and manage customer relationships efficiently.
  • • The Wholesale Team at DexCom is a mission-driven unit focused on expanding access to innovative biosensing technology through strategic partnerships, operating with a culture of integrity, servant leadership, and relentless commitment to improving health outcomes.
  • • You’ll join a diverse, passionate team of professionals who are united by DexCom’s warrior ethos—fighting to earn trust through listening, dependability, and bold innovation in service of global health.
  • • The company fosters a culture of continuous reinvention, where employees are encouraged to think big, challenge the status quo, and contribute to breakthroughs in biosensing technology that extend beyond diabetes into broader health and wellness applications.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in CGM technology, healthcare sales processes, regulatory compliance (HIPAA/FDA), and customer relationship management—skills that are highly transferable and valuable across the health tech industry.
  • • You’ll gain hands-on experience in consultative selling, needs-based communication, and feedback-driven improvement, positioning you for future growth into senior commercial, training, or market access roles within DexCom or the wider medtech landscape.
