📋 Description
- • As a Workday Analyst II – Reporting & Analytics at Daikin Applied Americas Inc., you will serve as a strategic owner of the Workday reporting ecosystem, directly enabling data-driven decision-making across HR, Finance, and business units by designing, building, and maintaining scalable reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary owner of Workday reporting standards and intake processes; building and maintaining Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT reports, Prism dashboards, and Discovery Boards; troubleshooting complex calculated fields and data sources; gathering stakeholder requirements to translate business needs into technical specifications; delivering actionable insights to HR and business leaders; providing knowledge transfer and self-service enablement; collaborating with Workday Functional and Analyst teams to align reporting with system updates; identifying automation opportunities to reduce manual effort; and managing Workday release enhancements to ensure timely adoption and compliance.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Workday reporting and analytics, gain exposure to cross-functional HR and finance processes, develop leadership in data governance and self-service enablement, and position yourself for advancement into senior analytics, HRIS leadership, or business intelligence roles within a growing, innovative enterprise.
🎯 Requirements
- • US Citizenship or valid green card
- • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- • 7+ years of Workday experience, including 5+ years specifically in Workday Reporting and Analytics
- • Proven experience building Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Calculated Fields) and working with Workday Prism and Discovery Boards
- • Strong understanding of Workday data structures across HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent, and/or Payroll modules
- • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, communicate insights clearly, and consult effectively with cross-functional partners
