• • The Workday Financials Product Owner drives the strategic vision, roadmap, and value realization of the Workday FINs platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and finance transformation initiatives.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product vision, building strategic roadmaps, managing multiple projects, delegating tasks, tracking progress, running sprint planning, translating stakeholder needs into user stories, driving user enablement, representing FINs in governance forums, and collaborating with developers and global process owners.
