📋 Description
- • Working student role in Customer Success focused on supporting customers and hosts with the 'spots' product, providing first-level support and roadside assistance using AI tools.
- • Day-to-day tasks include handling booking adjustments (updates, rescheduling, cancellations, complaints), coordinating with product and finance teams, and serving as the primary phone contact during peak season.
- • Part of a fast-growing European campervan rental company with a strong team spirit, flat hierarchies, and regular team events including camper outings.
- • Opportunity to develop into a Roadsurfer Spots expert, gain hands-on experience in customer service, travel industry operations, and cross-functional collaboration while improving German and English communication skills.

- • Strong communication skills in German and English (additional languages a plus)
- • Ability to handle complaints calmly and maintain a positive mindset under pressure
