- • The Workplace Care Sales Advisor drives new business growth for Evernorth Workplace Care solutions by identifying, developing, and closing complex sales opportunities with employers, brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and executing a defined sales strategy, qualifying and pursuing complex B2B sales opportunities, developing account and territory plans, and managing end-to-end sales execution from prospecting to deal close.
- • The role requires acting as a subject-matter expert on Workplace Care offerings, consulting with clients to understand workforce health needs, delivering value-based proposals, and building senior-level relationships with decision makers.
- • The person will collaborate closely with internal product, clinical, operations, marketing, and growth teams to develop customized solutions, lead RFP responses, coordinate finalist presentations, and ensure seamless handoff post-sale.
- • They will achieve or exceed individual sales goals, maintain accurate CRM forecasts and activity reporting, and monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
- • The role is part of Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, focused on creating pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality through innovation in illness prediction, prevention, and treatment.
- • The advisor can develop expertise in consultative healthcare sales, executive-level negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and value-based selling in complex B2B environments while contributing to improved workforce outcomes and reduced total cost of care.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • 5+ years of experience in consultative, complex B2B sales (healthcare, benefits, or services preferred)
- • Demonstrated success driving net-new business and closing complex sales opportunities
- • Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- • Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations and influencing without authority
- • Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined sales process execution
