📋 Description

• As the Workplace Experience lead for ElevenLabs’ London office, you will be the face and heartbeat of the Soho space, anchoring operations for the rapidly growing UK team and serving as a central hub for the London AI community.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact for the local team and new joiners, manage daily logistics including post, communal areas, meeting room readiness, and vendor coordination, drive office culture through snacks, coffee, team lunches, and celebrations, and support on-site events such as AI hackathons while welcoming external guests and partners.
• ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology, backed by prominent investors including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia, with $781M in funding and a $11B valuation, operating with high-velocity, impact-first, AI-first principles and a global, location-agnostic team.
• In this role, you will have the autonomy to shape local office culture, gain hands-on experience in office operations and facility management during a period of UK expansion, and grow your career within a fast-paced, innovative AI company where impact matters more than job titles.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in London, able to be in the office 5 days a week
• Strong operational expertise in managing the day-to-day running of a high visibility office, thriving in high pressure environments requiring solid judgement and quick decision making
• Experience acting as the primary point of contact for building management, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing office maintenance and supplies
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives and legal partners to vendors and office guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
• Proactive and forward-thinking approach with a proven ability to anticipate needs, identify inefficiencies, and implement new processes to improve workflow in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in fostering a positive and productive office environment, including planning and executing office-wide events and negotiating with vendors for high-quality service and cost-effectiveness
