- • The Workplace Investigator - Employee Relations Specialist conducts thorough, fair, and timely investigations into employee relations concerns, policy violations, compliance matters, and workplace misconduct, playing a critical role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and legally compliant work environment across Pennant Group’s healthcare subsidiaries.
- • Day to day, the investigator interviews complainants, respondents, and witnesses with neutrality and professionalism; collects and analyzes evidence; drafts legally sound investigation reports; partners with HR, Legal, and business leaders; guides leadership on policy application and corrective action; maintains confidential case records; identifies trends from case data; and stays current on employment law and investigative best practices.
- • The Pennant Group, Inc. is a holding company supporting over 180 home health, hospice, senior living, and home care agencies across 14 states through a centralized Service Center model that empowers local leaders while providing expert support in HR, legal, compliance, IT, and clinical functions.
- • In this role, the investigator will develop deep expertise in employment law, workplace investigations, and employee relations within the healthcare sector; build cross-functional influence with HR, Legal, and leadership teams; strengthen organizational culture through data-driven recommendations; and grow professionally through access to Pennant’s Learning Management System, training seminars, and career development opportunities.
