📋 Description

• The Worksite Sales Trainer (Remote) role at Globe Life Insurance is responsible for training and implementing company systems across all field agencies, while cultivating agent skills and knowledge to support the company’s growth and bottom line. This position plays a critical role in ensuring field personnel are equipped with the tools and training needed to succeed, directly impacting organizational performance and agent effectiveness.
• Day to day, the trainer will communicate with Home Office Directors and Field Personnel to assess training needs, schedule and conduct sessions including webinars and individual training, travel Sunday through Thursday each week, manage travel bookings and company card expenses, develop educational materials like PowerPoints and videos, oversee training implementation across an assigned region, mentor and monitor Field Supervisors and Directors, evaluate performance, identify improvement areas, maintain open communication with field teams and office management, and complete accurate weekly field reports on time.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
• Sales experience within Liberty National, including proven use of Worksite Systems
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); Salesforce (EPIC) familiarity is an asset
• Executive-level communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Strong organizational, time management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to implement all Liberty National systems effectively and independently, adapting as needed to drive results in the field
