  • • You will collaborate closely with a variety of internal teams, including Marketing, Events, and Operations, to ensure the seamless delivery of partnership benefits. This collaborative spirit is key to our success, as we aim to create integrated experiences that go beyond traditional sponsorship. Your role will also involve providing crucial support to the Partnerships Director, particularly in managing key global accounts, where you will gain exposure to high-level strategic discussions and partner engagement.
  • • A significant aspect of this role includes the execution of VIP hospitality and on-course experiences during our prestigious global events. This means being on the ground, ensuring that our partners and their guests have unforgettable experiences, from exclusive hospitality suites to unique on-course activations. Your ability to manage logistics, anticipate needs, and deliver exceptional service under pressure will be paramount.
  • • Beyond event execution, you will play a vital role in tracking and reporting on partnership performance. This involves developing robust measurement frameworks in conjunction with our partners and internal insights teams, ensuring that we can clearly demonstrate the value and ROI of their investment. Preparing comprehensive reports and compelling presentations will be a regular part of your responsibilities, showcasing the success of our collaborations.
  • • Furthermore, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of our partnership division. You will actively participate in identifying new partnership opportunities, leveraging your understanding of the market and potential partners' business objectives. You will also work alongside the Partnership Sales team to streamline processes, enhancing efficiency and supporting their efforts to bring new partners into the LIV Golf family.
  • • The role demands a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must be comfortable navigating a fast-paced, international sports-marketing environment, where adaptability and a can-do attitude are essential.   • • Leading the day-to-day management of a designated portfolio of regional and global partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • • Overseeing the fulfillment of contractual deliverables, working collaboratively with partners to develop and execute creative, high-impact activation strategies.
  • • Liaising effectively with internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of all agreed-upon partnership benefits.
  • • Providing dedicated support to the Partnerships Director in the management of major global partnerships.
  • • Managing essential administrative departmental tasks, including facilitating requests for tickets, unique experiences, merchandise, and corporate gifting.
  • • Assisting in the execution of VIP hospitality programs and on-course activations during LIV Golf events.
  • • Supporting the broader Partnership Management Team with diligent tracking of partnership rights utilization and comprehensive reporting on activation success.
  • • Collaborating with partners and internal teams to define, implement, and report on partnership measurement frameworks.
  • • Coordinating and preparing essential meeting materials and managing all outgoing correspondence with partners.
  • • Proactively researching and identifying new opportunities to expand LIV Golf’s corporate partnerships by staying abreast of market trends and partner objectives.
  • • Offering support to the Partnership Sales team by identifying and implementing process efficiencies.
  • • Performing all other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the Partnerships department.
