- • Evaluate AI-generated text outputs for accuracy, clarity, cultural appropriateness, and alignment with brand guidelines and local market expectations.
- • Review and correct linguistic errors including translation inaccuracies, grammatical mistakes, and stylistic inconsistencies in multilingual content.
- • Analyze multimedia content such as audio and video materials to identify visual artifacts, mismatched contextual cues, or culturally inappropriate imagery or tone.
- • Generate original content in Nepali when required, ensuring it reflects authentic local usage, idioms, symbolism, and societal norms.
- • Provide structured, concise annotations that directly inform AI model training and improvement processes.
- • Apply standardized evaluation guidelines consistently across diverse task types while maintaining high precision and reliability.
- • Participate in calibration sessions and quality assurance processes to align scoring standards with team and project requirements.
- • Identify and flag cultural mismatches, regional dialect variations, or context-sensitive misinterpretations in AI outputs.
- • Work independently on a variety of projects spanning domains such as enterprise, government, and AI development.
- • Deliver high-quality feedback in English to support global AI training teams despite working primarily in Nepali.
- • Maintain strict adherence to project-specific instructions and formatting requirements without supervision.
- • Contribute voice recordings as needed to support speech recognition and natural language processing datasets.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving task types and evaluation criteria across multiple AI training initiatives.
- • Ensure all submitted work meets quality benchmarks for precision, completeness, and contextual relevance.
- • Engage with a global community of language experts to share insights and improve collective AI evaluation standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Native fluency in Nepali
- • Strong command of written and spoken English
- • Experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or language evaluator preferred
- • Comfort working with textual, audio, and video materials
- • Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear, structured feedback
- • High attention to detail and ability to accurately categorize content based on cultural and linguistic criteria
