📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs and prompts for accuracy, clarity, cultural appropriateness, and alignment with brand guidelines in Punjabi-language contexts.
• Review and correct textual content to identify and fix translation errors, stylistic inconsistencies, and linguistic inaccuracies specific to Punjabi dialects and usage.
• Analyze multimedia content including audio and video recordings to detect cultural mismatches, inappropriate visual cues, or contextually inaccurate symbolism.
• Generate original Punjabi-language content when required, ensuring tone, idioms, and expressions reflect authentic local norms and market expectations.
• Provide structured, concise annotations and feedback that directly inform AI model improvements and training datasets.
• Apply detailed evaluation guidelines consistently across diverse tasks, maintaining high standards of reliability and precision.
• Participate in calibration sessions and quality assurance processes to align scoring and judgment with team standards and project objectives.
• Identify common AI artifacts such as unnatural phrasing, grammatical errors, or culturally insensitive references in generated outputs.
• Contribute voice recordings in Punjabi to support speech recognition and synthesis training for multilingual AI systems.
• Work independently on a variety of AI training projects spanning domains such as enterprise software, government communication, and consumer technology.
• Ensure all submissions meet technical and qualitative benchmarks without supervision, relying on self-discipline and attention to detail.
• Collaborate virtually with a global community of linguists and language experts to enhance the quality and inclusivity of AI language models.
• Adapt quickly to new task types, guidelines, and project requirements as Lilt expands its portfolio of multilingual AI initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive or proprietary content provided by enterprise and government clients.
• Use platform tools such as SuperAnnotate to complete annotation tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Contribute to iterative improvements in AI systems by highlighting edge cases, regional variations, and underrepresented language patterns in Punjabi.

🎯 Requirements

• Native fluency in Punjabi
• Strong command of English
• Experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred
• Comfortable working with textual and audio/video materials
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback
• High attention to detail and ability to thoroughly and accurately categorize content
