- • As a Business Development Intern at Nelly Sweden AB, you will play a key role in building and scaling the company’s partner ecosystem for its AI-powered FinTech platform in healthcare, directly contributing to Nelly’s mission of reducing administrative burdens in medical practices across Europe.
- • You will support the Partnerships Team in Berlin (with Hamburg as an option) by preparing and following up on stakeholder meetings, participating in pitches, developing business cases to quantify partnership impact, and collaborating closely with Product and Marketing to align partnerships with roadmap goals and coordinate joint campaigns, content, and events.
- • Nelly is a fast-growing Tech company backed by a 50 million Euro Series B funding round, aiming to become Europe’s leading healthcare FinTech by empowering over one million medical practices with intelligent, automated workflows powered by AI.

- • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in strategic partnership development, business case creation, partner ecosystem management, and cross-functional collaboration — building tangible skills in analytics, stakeholder engagement, and PRM system administration while owning projects from ideation to execution.
- • You will analyze lead potential, customer segments, and strategic partnership opportunities; support outreach and prioritization of partner accounts; research and qualify new partner potentials; act as a liaison between Product, Marketing, and Partnerships; assist in setting up and maintaining the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system; and take initiative to propose, test, and drive your own projects forward.
🎯 Requirements
- • Available for a minimum of 5 months
- • Prior practical experience in dynamic environments (e.g., internships or working student roles in fast-growing startups, FinTechs, Big 4, or Investment Banking)
- • Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
- • Motivated to take ownership and actively drive personal development
- • Fluent in both German and English
- • Curious mindset with a tendency to question the status quo
