- • As a Customer Care Consultant at Probe Group, you will assist families and carers by answering inbound calls, providing information, discussing options, and advising on services that support independent living at home, as well as short-term and long-term care solutions, directly contributing to community well-being.
- • Day to day, you will manage inbound calls in a fast-paced contact center environment, multitask while actively listening to customers, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain composure and professionalism under pressure while meeting KPIs and competencies.
