- • The role involves adapting digital learning and multimedia content for global audiences, ensuring instructional clarity, timing accuracy, and production quality across multiple languages.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include localizing e-learning courses, training modules, videos, and interactive assets; adapting translations for on-screen text, subtitles, captions, and voice-over scripts; synchronizing audio, subtitles, and visual elements; editing multimedia files while preserving instructional intent; and troubleshooting timing, layout, and technical issues in multilingual outputs.
- • The role is with Lilt Production, a global leader in AI-powered language technology, supporting enterprises, governments, and AI developers with human-verified multilingual services.
- • The specialist will grow their portfolio by working on diverse, innovative projects across industries, sharpen technical and linguistic skills, and contribute to advancing human knowledge through language technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in multimedia localization
- • Strong hands-on experience localizing e-learning and digital learning content
- • Proficiency in Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe FrameMaker, DaVinci Resolve, CaptionHub, and Adobe Audition
- • Proven experience with subtitles, captions, voice-over workflows, and on-screen text adaptation
- • Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and synchronization in video and interactive content
- • Ability to manage multiple localization projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
