- • Review and provide feedback on Japanese text extractions to refine language processing workflows for AI systems.
- • Conduct human evaluations comparing Japanese prompt outputs against English outputs, including preference ranking and quality assessment.
- • Assist in developing a structured Japanese evaluation rubric for preference-based language model scoring.
- • Edit and refine multilingual digital content for accuracy, tone, and contextual relevance across platforms.
- • Apply current language standards, usage trends, and best practices to all linguistic deliverables.
- • Evaluate and deliver structured feedback to improve the quality of language models used in AI-driven translation and communication systems.
- • Collaborate with Production and cross-functional teams to localize digital tools, applications, and eLearning content for Japanese-speaking markets.
- • Support content development, localization, and quality assurance processes for AI-powered language technologies.
- • Work independently on project-based tasks with flexible scheduling, adapting to fluctuating demand across diverse domains.
- • Maintain strict adherence to terminology guides, reference materials, and style specifications provided by Lilt.
- • Contribute to a global community of linguists advancing human-machine communication through high-quality, human-verified language data.
- • Engage in tasks requiring a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week, with consistent availability and reliable on-time delivery.
- • Operate as an independent contractor (1099) with no guaranteed hours, benefits, or employment status.
- • Participate in domain-specific testing as part of the onboarding process to validate linguistic expertise.
- • Work remotely from within the United States, with no requirement for physical office presence.
- • Contribute to projects that shape how enterprises, governments, and AI developers interact with multilingual data.

- • Native-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
