- • Marketing Lead (f/m/d) German Speaking at Nelly Sweden AB in Berlin, responsible for elevating product positioning, launch, and monetisation at the intersection of GTM/Revenue, Product, and Branding/Design.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include translating complex product features into compelling stories, owning the Nelly website end-to-end as a lead-generating asset, maintaining consistency across website, landing pages, sales materials, and launches, aligning positioning with pricing and packaging, developing educational and trust-building content, producing content for paid channels like Meta Campaigns, ensuring digital presence reflects company direction, planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns around product launches and seasonal moments, owning end-to-end narrative from positioning brief to live campaign, defining rollout strategies and launch sequencing, crafting compelling launch narratives, and ensuring launches drive adoption, pipeline, and revenue impact.

- • In this role, you will develop strategic marketing expertise in B2B healthcare technology, master end-to-end product launch execution, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Product and Sales teams, refine positioning and narrative development skills, gain experience in competitive analysis and market research, and drive measurable commercial outcomes tied to win rates, launch performance, feature adoption, and expansion potential.
🎯 Requirements
- • Business-fluent German and English required
- • Minimum of 3 years in (Product) Marketing, Growth, or commercial roles
- • Proven 0 → 1 channel building experience
- • Proven 1 → scale optimisation experience
- • Close collaboration experience with Product and Sales teams
- • Experience in competitive analysis and market research
- • Strong positioning and narrative development skills
- • Ability to translate product complexity into commercial value
- • Structured, analytical thinking
- • Clear and persuasive written communication in German
