📋 Description
- • Lead a distributed team of GCC-based domain experts to adapt AI evaluation benchmarks into Modern Standard Arabic for the Gulf region, ensuring cultural, regulatory, and linguistic accuracy in high-stakes sectors such as Islamic Finance, Petroleum Engineering, Healthcare, and Government.
- • Oversee end-to-end task lifecycle: onboarding creators and reviewers, gating deliverables for quality, managing rework, coordinating cross-pod workflows, and maintaining a steady weekly delivery cadence with production support.
- • Partner with LILT’s research and production teams to refine evaluation methodologies, provide feedback on LLM outputs, and contribute to published datasets and research papers shaping Arabic AI benchmarking.
- • Drive quality judgment in professional Arabic content — distinguishing polished MSA from subpar work without reliance on checklists — while building expertise in AI evaluation, localization, and regulated knowledge-work domains across the GCC.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native-level proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) with professional working English for daily reading, editing, and gate-approval of bilingual content.
- • Proven project management experience leading distributed expert teams, preferably in localization, annotation, evaluation, or regulated knowledge-work environments.
- • Familiarity with LLMs, rubric-based evaluation, and LLM pipelines; ability to operate and teach LLM tools to non-technical users.
- • Demonstrated ability to assess quality in professional GCC Arabic content (e.g., distinguishing polished financial or technical documents from drafts).
- • Working knowledge of one or more GCC-relevant sectors: Finance, Healthcare, Government, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Retail, Information, or Professional Services.
- • Strong written communication skills for effective asynchronous coordination across geographically dispersed domain pods.
