📋 Description

• • The Project Manager, Production ensures successful production execution across a portfolio of accounts, delivering projects on-time, on-budget, and to accepted quality standards while managing customer-facing duties and internal project lifecycle responsibilities.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include orchestrating complex workflows (translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, linguistic sign-off), engaging with customers to clarify requirements and provide status updates, coordinating with internal engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks, managing budgets, defining deadlines, mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to Production SOPs and KPIs (Margin, Quality, On-Time Delivery).
• • The role operates within LILT Production, a global leader in multilingual AI and human-verified services, supporting Enterprises, Governments, and AI Developers with a mission to make the world’s information accessible across languages through innovation and excellence.
• • The person in this role will develop expertise in enterprise-scale production management, gain deep experience in localization workflows for gaming and multimedia, enhance leadership and cross-functional coordination skills, and contribute to process improvements and departmental initiatives aligned with company goals.
