  • As a Senior Business Recruiter at WHOOP, you will be instrumental in driving the company's global expansion by attracting and hiring top-tier talent across a diverse range of critical business functions. This role is pivotal in scaling our organization, demanding a blend of high-volume recruitment expertise, the ability to conduct complex and niche searches, and the capability to manage select executive-level engagements.
  • You will act as a strategic talent partner, collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand their unique needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your role will involve deeply understanding the business objectives and translating them into actionable talent acquisition plans.
  • A significant part of your responsibility will be to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various business roles, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product Management. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • You will leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including advanced search techniques, networking, industry events, and direct outreach, to identify passive and active candidates who possess the skills, experience, and cultural fit necessary for WHOOP's success.
  • This position requires a proactive and execution-focused approach, enabling you to navigate ambiguity and efficiently identify and secure exceptional talent in highly competitive markets. You will be expected to build robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates to WHOOP, a company at the forefront of human performance and healthspan technology. This includes understanding and articulating WHOOP's unique value proposition to potential hires.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with a strong emphasis on recruiting for business functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product Management).
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment alongside complex and niche searches, including experience with executive-level engagements.
  • Expertise in utilizing various sourcing methodologies, including advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant talent platforms, to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Strong understanding of the talent market, compensation trends, and best practices in talent acquisition, with the ability to act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
