đ Description
- ⢠As a Senior PS Consultant in the Custom Application Support (CAS) team within Genesys Professional Services (PS), you will provide senior-level technical support and delivery enablement for custom applications built on Genesys Cloudâs API-first platform.
- ⢠You will own end-to-end incident troubleshooting and resolution, lead communication with customers and partners, mentor team members, and contribute to custom application enablement and implementation projects.
- ⢠Your success requires deep expertise in Genesys Cloud products and APIs (including Platform and Analytics APIs), strong debugging skills, and a solid understanding of modern cloud architectures and SDLC practices.
- ⢠You will serve as a customer liaison for phone and email support, own case triage from intake to closure, review application code to identify defects, apply SDLC best practices, create knowledge base articles, set resolution expectations, and interface with subject matter experts for deeper escalation.
- ⢠You will participate in shift rosters for critical cases and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder alignment and timely progress updates.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelorâs degree, or 3 years with a masterâs degree, or a PhD without significant prior experience.
- ⢠Strong hands-on expertise with Genesys Cloud, including API-first architecture and experience with Genesys Cloud APIs (Platform and Analytics APIs) used to build and support custom applications.
- ⢠Proven ability to independently investigate and resolve complex issues, including reproducing problems, isolating root cause, and driving resolution to closure.
- ⢠Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot application code, identify defects related to reported issues, and propose practical fixes or remediation approaches.
