📋 Description

• As a Subject Matter Expert in Healthcare & Social Assistance (Arabic – GCC), you will play a critical role in shaping AI systems that understand and respond accurately in high-stakes healthcare environments across the Gulf Cooperation Council region. Your expertise will directly influence how artificial intelligence interprets clinical and administrative scenarios, ensuring patient safety, cultural relevance, and operational realism in Modern Standard Arabic.
• Day to day, you will design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in Arabic reflecting GCC-specific clinical and administrative settings such as patient intake, care coordination, hospital operations, and nursing workflows. You will develop structured evaluation rubrics to assess clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and patient safety, then review and score both AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness, operational feasibility, and communication quality. Your contributions will help build ‘gold standard’ answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety, while ensuring all content is culturally and contextually appropriate for GCC healthcare environments.
• You will join Lilt Production, a global leader in AI-powered language technology, working remotely as an independent contractor on a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project. • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare AI validation, strengthen your ability to evaluate clinical and administrative content for safety and realism, and expand your portfolio with high-impact, domain-specific projects. You’ll gain experience in AI benchmarking processes, contribute to the development of safer AI systems in healthcare, and sharpen your cross-cultural communication skills—all while working on meaningful projects that bridge language, technology, and patient care.

🎯 Requirements

• Native Arabic (MSA) with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards
• Ability to evaluate accuracy, safety implications, and operational realism in healthcare-related content
