📋 Description

• As a Subject Matter Expert in Healthcare & Social Assistance for the GCC region, you will play a critical role in shaping AI systems that understand and respond accurately in high-stakes healthcare environments by creating realistic, culturally grounded scenarios in Modern Standard Arabic.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing authentic healthcare and social assistance scenarios reflecting GCC clinical and administrative workflows, developing evaluation rubrics for clinical reasoning and patient safety, reviewing and scoring AI and human-generated responses for medical accuracy and operational feasibility, and contributing to gold-standard answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery.
• You will join Lilt Production, a global leader in AI-powered language technology, working remotely as an independent contractor on a cutting-edge benchmarking project that advances how machines understand and interact with human language in sensitive domains.

🎯 Requirements

• Native proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
• Background in roles such as Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, or Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards
• Ability to evaluate accuracy, safety implications, and operational realism in healthcare-related content
