📋 Description
- • Design realistic, industry-specific scenarios in Arabic (MSA) or English that reflect operational challenges in GCC manufacturing, industrial production, and supply chain environments, including production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, and shipping and receiving activities
- • Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for assessing operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks to ensure alignment with real-world GCC industrial standards
- • Review and validate AI-generated and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational realism, adherence to industrial safety protocols, and alignment with best practices in GCC manufacturing and logistics
- • Contribute to the development of "gold standard" solutions that represent industry-leading approaches in procurement, production supervision, inventory control, and supply chain logistics within GCC-based manufacturing facilities
- • Ensure all scenarios and evaluations reflect the unique regulatory, cultural, and operational context of industrial operations across Gulf Cooperation Council countries
- • Apply deep domain expertise in manufacturing operations, engineering processes, or supply chain management to identify gaps in AI understanding and provide actionable feedback for model refinement
- • Collaborate with linguistic and technical teams to bridge domain knowledge with natural language processing requirements, ensuring AI systems accurately interpret and respond to industry-specific terminology and workflows
- • Maintain consistency in scenario quality across multiple projects by adhering to established evaluation frameworks and escalation protocols for ambiguous or high-stakes industrial inputs
- • Translate and localize complex industrial terminology between English and Modern Standard Arabic while preserving technical precision and contextual relevance
- • Participate in iterative feedback cycles to improve the accuracy and robustness of AI models trained on GCC manufacturing and industrial data, with a focus on real-time operational decision-making
🎯 Requirements
- • Native-level proficiency in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic)
- • Strong professional proficiency in English
- • 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations
- • Background in one or more of the following roles: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations
- • Demonstrated understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and GCC manufacturing environments
- • Ability to create and review detailed operational scenarios in both Arabic and English with technical accuracy
