• • LIV Golf Investments is seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue & Host Partnership Manager to join our pivotal team in London. This role is instrumental in expanding our existing partnerships and growing our global reach into new and exciting destinations. You will be the primary day-to-day contact for designated host venues and government partners worldwide, acting as the crucial conduit between various departments to ensure seamless, timely, and efficient communication and planning for our world-class events.
• • As a Venue & Host Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with key contacts within host venue and government organizations. Your ability to foster trust and collaboration will be paramount to the success of our global golf league.
• • You will play an active role in developing comprehensive event management plans tailored to each assigned venue and partner. This includes ensuring the delivery of contractual rights and benefits, meticulously tracking progress, and guaranteeing that all internal departments meet their respective deadlines. Your proactive approach will be key to anticipating needs and overcoming potential challenges.
• • A core responsibility will be to provide robust internal communications and regular updates to the wider business regarding partner objectives, strategic plans, and ongoing developments. This ensures alignment across the organization and facilitates informed decision-making.
• • You will maintain clear and consistent communication with each partner group through a variety of channels, including regular calls, detailed documentation, and essential face-to-face meetings. Building rapport and understanding their unique needs will be central to your success.
