- • Record high-quality Arabic (Saudi Arabia) voice samples for use in AI model training, with a focus on natural, conversational delivery.
- • Deliver voice qualities that are bright, sultry, or ASMR/soft intimate in tone, avoiding monotone and emphasizing expressive, empathetic, and helpful persona.
- • Maintain flawless diction and articulation throughout all recordings with consistent vocal quality, stable rhythm, and controlled pitch and amplitude.
- • Use a professional home recording setup including a high-quality microphone, headset or speakers, audio interface, and a Digital Audio Workstation with plugins.
- • Record in a treated, acoustically quiet environment completely free of background noise, music, clicks, muffling, or interference.
- • Adhere to precise technical specifications including file format, volume levels, file naming conventions, and required gaps between audio segments.
- • Submit demo recordings and voiceover samples as part of the application process, ensuring they meet Lilt’s quality and stylistic standards.
- • Complete any required platform-based tests to verify equipment, voice characteristics, and compliance with technical requirements.
- • Accept and deliver fast-turnaround voice tasks with tight deadlines, demonstrating reliability and responsiveness when engaged on active projects.
- • Be open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning and text-to-speech (TTS) training purposes.
- • Work as an independent contractor with full flexibility over schedule—no fixed hours, no mandatory check-ins, and no micromanagement.
- • Contribute to global AI language technology projects that advance human-machine communication across enterprises, governments, and developers.
- • Participate in a growing global community of linguists and language professionals working on impactful, innovative AI initiatives.
- • Manage your own tax obligations as a 1099 contractor; no payroll withholding, health insurance, PTO, or retirement benefits are provided.
- • Maintain reliable weekly availability of at least 10 hours per day (minimum 2 hours daily) to ensure consistent project participation.
- • Acknowledge that work volume fluctuates with project demand and this role is not intended as a primary or full-time income source.
- • Comply with geographic restrictions—contractors must not be located in regions subject to international embargo or sanctions.
- • Complete all onboarding steps including submission of resume/C.V., verification of equipment and availability, and approval of payment details.
