- • Record high-quality voice samples in both Hindi and English (India) for AI language model training, ensuring flawless diction, articulation, and consistent audio quality.
- • Deliver voice samples using a bright, sultry, or ASMR/soft intimate delivery style with expressive, conversational tone—avoiding monotone or robotic speech.
- • Maintain a professional home recording environment that is acoustically treated, free from background noise, music, clicks, muffling, or external interference.
- • Use a professional-grade microphone, audio interface, headset/speakers, and digital audio workstation (DAW) with necessary plugins to produce broadcast-quality audio.
- • Follow precise technical specifications for each recording session, including correct volume levels, file naming conventions, format requirements, and appropriate gaps between audio segments.
- • Provide demo recordings and voiceover samples that demonstrate range, clarity, and alignment with required voice personas: friendly, empathetic, attentive, and helpful.
- • Complete test modules as required to verify compliance with vocal quality, technical setup, and adherence to project-specific guidelines.
- • Accept and deliver fast-turnaround voice tasks on tight deadlines, maintaining consistency and quality under time constraints.
- • License your voice for AI voice cloning and text-to-speech (TTS) training purposes as part of project requirements.
- • Work as an independent contractor with full flexibility to choose when and how much to work—no fixed hours, no mandatory check-ins, no micromanagement.
- • Contribute to global AI and language technology initiatives that advance how humans and machines communicate across languages.
- • Engage with diverse projects spanning industries and domains, expanding your portfolio and honing your skills as a multilingual voice talent.
- • Be eligible for recognition as a top contributor, unlocking higher compensation rates, priority access to new projects, and enhanced visibility within Lilt’s global community.
- • Maintain reliable weekly availability of a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week to ensure consistent project engagement.
- • Ensure compliance with geographic eligibility requirements; no engagements permitted in regions subject to international embargo or sanctions.
- • Manage your own tax obligations as a 1099 contractor; Lilt does not provide health insurance, paid time off, retirement contributions, or guaranteed hours.
- • Submit an English-language resume/C.V. and complete the application process, which may include a voice test on Lilt’s platform and verification of equipment, rates, and availability.
- • Participate in streamlined onboarding upon project selection, including account setup, payment configuration, and community integration.

- • Native speaker of both Hindi and English (India)
- • Experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting, or live streaming
- • Professional or high-quality home recording setup including microphone, audio interface, DAW software, and acoustically treated environment
- • Ability to follow precise technical recording specifications and deliver files with correct formatting, naming, and quality standards
- • Willingness to license voice for AI voice cloning and TTS training
- • Reliable availability of at least 10 hours per week and ability to meet tight delivery deadlines
