  • • As the VP, Creative Director, you will be the ultimate guardian of the LIV Golf brand. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every brand touchpoint, from visual assets and broadcasting to marketing collateral and presentations, adheres to our established brand guidelines. You will lead and inspire our talented design team, overseeing the management of creative projects and visual executions across all platforms, including on-course design, social media, marketing campaigns, and critical B2B presentations.
  • • This role demands a visionary leader who can implement a cohesive creative vision and serve as the central point of reference for all creative strategies and executions. You will be instrumental in shaping the brand's aesthetic and ensuring its consistent and impactful representation across all channels. Your leadership will empower the design team to produce innovative and high-quality work that resonates with our diverse global audience and reinforces LIV Golf's position as a leader in sports and entertainment.
  • • Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing creative strategies, guidelines, and campaigns from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with account executives to deeply understand client and internal requirements, translating these needs into compelling creative solutions. Your role will involve directing and motivating a team of art directors, illustrators, copywriters, and designers, ensuring they leverage their talents effectively to achieve project goals.
  • • You will lead dynamic brainstorming and creative sessions, fostering an environment that encourages the generation of innovative ideas. Crafting unique, well-written, and visually striking copy and designs that meet both client needs and LIV Golf's brand standards will be a core function. Furthermore, you will be responsible for revising content and presentations, providing constructive feedback, approving or rejecting ideas, and mentoring subordinates to foster their professional growth and development.
  • • Monitoring the results of team efforts, analyzing performance, and proposing strategic actions for future creative endeavors will be crucial. This role requires a highly visual thinker with an exceptional eye for design, a deep understanding of brand evolution, and the ability to embrace new concepts while rigorously upholding brand integrity. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving the creative output of LIV Golf, ensuring it remains at the forefront of sports and entertainment branding.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful brand campaigns and visual identity development.
  • • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide creative teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • • A highly visual thinker with an art director’s keen eye for design, brand evolution, and the ability to embrace new creative directions while safeguarding brand consistency.
  • • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate creative vision and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • • Hands-on experience in the creative process, encompassing graphic design, brand development, marketing strategy, and content creation.
  • • Excellent working knowledge of industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
